The Works can be described as the Phase 1 Public Realm to the Cultural District, Saadiyat Island, which incorporates the approach road that connects the Saadiyat Bridge Expressway and the Louvre Abu Dhabi. The landscape works encompasses all elements but not limited to;
- Earthworks
- Hard Landscape
- Soft Landscape
- Landscape Lighting
- Security CCTV
- Wayfinding Signage
- Street Furniture
- Toilets
- Bus Stops
- Secondary and Tertiary Irrigation from Existing Mainline Point of Connection
- Site Hoardings for Both Construction and Subsequent Maintenance
