Upgrading Salam Street And Eastern Corniche Road To Expressway – Relocation Of Irrigation Network.

Scope of Works:

• The project mainly comprises construction and commission of all works associated with the relocation of existing irrigation mains, sub mains and laterals.
• The works shall include for the design, manufacture, and delivery, installation, commissioning and setting to work including maintenance for a period of 365 days.
• Laying HDPE and PVC-u pressure pipeline, diameter ranging from 630mm OD to 90mm OD, for the transfer of treated effluent water used for irrigation purposes.
• Construction of valve chambers and connecting to live irrigation systems
• Abandonment of existing irrigation mains including any redundant air valve, washout, flow meter chambers in several sections.
• The particular requirements for the treated effluent main include (but not limited to) Blank Flanges, valves, Air valves, Flow meters, Valve Chambers, Washout chambers, fittings including DI pipe work and GRP adaptors etc.
• Collection and clearing of the existing valves, fittings and move/ store in Municipality storehouse.
• Maintaining of the Irrigation services connected to the existing irrigation main thought the duration of the works.
