Project Description
Swimming Pool Area Landscape Refurbishment Package.
1. The scope of landscape work covers supply, installation of hard & soft landscaping, landscape lighting design, site furnishings, irrigation design, all relating to landscape elements within the extent of work.
2. Demolition / refurbishment works:
- Protection to Existing Structures on the site.
- New Paving finishes to be bonded and laid over existing substrate
- Removal and relocation of existing minor structures and services in accordance with local authority regulations and to Engineers instructions.
- Renovation of swimming pool finishes.
- Demolition and removal of existing walls etc minor elements as indicated.
- Reuse of existing structures and material as per site conditions
- Temporarily remove items for the ease of construction and reinstating them, as per the site conditions.
- If required, changing cover levels of existing services as per site conditions; including but not limited to manholes and storm inlet gulley.
- Making good damaged walls and other minor components as per site conditions.
