Scope of Works
- Storm water lines including related structures and associated works.
- Subsoil (solid or slotted) drainage including related structures and associated works.
- Construct of Pumping Stations and Motor Control Panels including all Civil and Mechanical/Electrical Works.
- Pressure Pipelines including related structures, valve chambers and associated works.
- Connection of new storm water and subsoil lines to existing networks.
- Work related to abandonment of existing storm water and subsoil lines including related structures.
- Cleaning and flashing of existing storm water and subsoil lines and its related structures.
- NDM works.
- Any works related to the above works in any location within project Areas, which may be instructed throughout the duration of the Contract.
- Reinstatement of all surfaces and/or any existing components/services distributed or damaged as a result of the construction of this project.
- Any other works related to the above works in any location within 100 km of Project Areas, which may be instructed throughout the duration of the Contract.
- The provision of labour, material, plant, equipment, instrument etc. required for the works.
- The testing and commissioning of all works.
- The maintenance of the works for a period of 365 days
